Follow Me! Healthy Parents, Healthy Kids
is made up of a dedicated team of individuals and partner who are set out to create a multi-faceted program to educate parents about the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle for their family. Our goal is to create a proven established effective program in our pilot city, Columbus, Ohio and then implement Follow Me! into other cities statewide, regionally and eventially nationally.

Follow Me! is set up to provide events, publications and programs to help educate parents about nutrition, health, exercise and the importance of leading their children by example. Our L.E.A.D. by Example program has four core pillars - Lifestyle, Education, Activity and Diet. Each piece of the Follow Me! movement will focus on at least one of these core values of our program.
