Healthy Homemade Guacamole


Ingredients

4 large ripe avacados (peeled and pitted)
2 Roma Tomatoes (finely chopped)
3/4 of a red onion (finely chopped)
2 T. of chopped garlic (i use the jar of organic garlic thats already chopped)
1 jalepeno (finely chopped)
3 T. of cilantro (finely chopped)
1 large lime (squeeze juice into bowl)
Pepper to taste

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a large tupperware dish
2. Mash together with potato masher.
3. Stir well with spoon to combine all ingredients well.
4. Serve.
